A former Satanist and African warlock share his journey of deliverance from witchcraft and the transformative power of encountering Jesus.
In an interview with James Aladiran of Prayer Storm, James Kawalya opens up about his personal journey of deliverance from satanism and witchcraft. Through his story, he emphasizes the transformative power of prayer and underscores the importance of spiritual authority in overcoming such dark forces.
Dark Practices and Influence in Society
James’s mother was told to offer him as a sacrifice and marry her one-day-old son to a 60-year-old witch in a forest, highlighting the disturbing rituals and beliefs associated with witchcraft and occult practices. He admits to enjoying causing trouble, killing, and seeing people suffer, highlighting their past sadistic tendencies as a former Satanist and African warlock. James reveals that even some individuals in church circles, including pastors and bishops, sought out powers from him, emphasizing the presence of dark practices within religious institutions.
James was in charge of a region called the Kaga Katonga , which included Southern Uganda and Northern Tanzania, and had over 7,000 witches submitting to his powers and altars. He reveals the dark and disturbing practices of celebrities, musicians, and businessmen who engage in sexual abuse of young children in order to obtain spiritual powers. He further explains that the occult is not just about witchcraft, but a satanic system that controls the world, highlighting the dark and powerful influence it holds.
Kawalya describes being sexually molested and abused while in a psychiatric hospital, as well as the extreme measures taken to access information from him. His work also involved targeting and attacking men of God, specifically those who were committed to prayer and leading prayer ministries, aiming to break their marriages, businesses, and churches.
Power and Victory of Jesus
James says, “At the end of the day, Jesus is the winner, and our purpose is to glorify Jesus, not the devil….” His focus is on the victory of Jesus over the occult. He emphasizes that when Jesus appears, satan and his demons cannot put up a fight, as every knee bows and every tongue acknowledges his power.
The encounter with Jesus disarmed the ex-satanist and high-ranking African warlock, leaving him in fear for the first time in his life. Regarding the unconditional love of Jesus despite his past as a satanist and warlock, Kawalya expresses the following sentiment: “Even when I was His enemy, He still gave me a chance, He still loved me. I always tell people I saw satan and the power of the devil, the power of darkness, but there’s the greatest of all power which is Jesus Christ.”
Transformation and Deliverance from Darkness
In this interview, James discusses the profound impact of Apostle John M’s prayer ministry. He explains that Apostle John M’s prayers were so powerful that they effectively dismantled the altars of the kingdom of darkness. As a result, causing the occultic satanic world to lose ground and seek strategies to disarm him.
Unresolved bitterness, unforgiveness, and trauma can serve as access points for the enemy to control and fragment a person’s soul, leading to a false identity and personality influenced by demons. James Kawalya’s calling is to train intercessors all over the world to stand and take territories for God through prayer.
